1) Does your head tilt to a side ?
2) Does the middle of the neck curve ?
3) Is one shoulder higher than the other ?
4) Is one hip higher than the other ?
5) Does one hip protrude farther than the other ?
6) Do you find difficulty in moving your head fully from left to right or forward and backward ?
7) Do you find it difficult to bend forward or backward ?
8) Is your standing posture slightly bent to one side ?
If your answer is “ yes” to any of the above questions , it is possible that your spine is not in good shape, which may lead to pain in various regions.
